Mutual Ascent: Preparing to Launch
The launch of my debut novel, Mutual Ascent, is now just a week away. I am eternally grateful to those who have shown their support and joined the Dissent against a future dictated to us by a handful of elites who use technology to suppress, oppress, and control their fellow human beings.
Introducing the Dissenters Community
I know that this book is just the beginning of the work society has to do to stop an inhuman future I see coming if we continue along our current path.. That is why I am launching a new LinkedIn community of Dissenters, an open platform where those who want to create a better future for humanity are invited to come and share their ideas about solutions to the challenges we face.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I do believe if enough of us join together and share what answers we’ve found in life, to connect with each other in a meaningful way, we can create a future where all are welcome. This novel is my humble attempt at one of the many potential answers.
Since I began writing my book, things have grown much darker in many, though not entirely unexpected, ways. The elites seeking to maximize their money, influence, and network to exert control, have done quite a bit to erode the freedoms of others and place humanity under their thumb. However, I am reminded by nature that even the most severe droughts are eventually broken by rain.
Together We Rise
Inspired by the cleansing powers of rain and the brisk wind of sheets of water I know that as long as there are good people coming together to work together for the benefit of one another, we can prevail. The future I paint in Dissent: Mutual Ascent does not have to become our own. We can rise together.
For those who have not yet joined my mailing list at https://phillipwpool/mutual-ascent, or pre-ordered their copy of the book, I encourage them to do so now.
I will be offering teasers, sample chapters, and guides to join me in becoming an active participant in shaping humanity’s future so that we don’t have to live out a future dictated to us by those who wish to use technology as a tool of unblinking, data-filled eyes to control.
